Keanu Reeves’ Dogstar Announces New Album ‘All In Now,’ Launches Major 2026 Tour

Alt-rock trio returns with fourth studio album on May 29, backed by extensive North American and European touring schedule

‘Dogstar‘, the alt-rock band featuring Keanu Reeves on bass, will release their fourth studio album “All In Now” on May 29 via Dillon Street Records. The announcement comes alongside details of a 25-date North American tour and an extensive European run, marking the band’s continued momentum following their 2023 reunion.

“All In Now” follows the band’s 2023 comeback album “Somewhere Between The Power Lines And Palm Trees,” which marked ‘Dogstar’s’ first full-length release in more than twenty years. The new record was produced by Nick Launay, whose résumé includes work with ‘IDLES’, ‘Yeah Yeah Yeahs’, ‘Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds’, ‘Amyl and the Sniffers’, and ‘Midnight Oil’.

The trio, guitarist and vocalist Bret Domrose, drummer Rob Mailhouse, and bassist Keanu Reeves, formed in the early 1990s and released two albums before breaking up in 2002. After playing together privately off and on in the following years, they officially announced their return on Instagram in 2022.

According to the album’s presale listing, “All In Now marks a new era for Dogstar with layered guitar riffs and heavy bass inspired by their time out on the road.” The band credits much of the album’s sound and momentum to touring globally following their reunion, playing everything from intimate clubs to large European festivals.

Mailhouse remembered the impact of those performances: “Playing some outdoor festivals, and when it starts to rain, seeing nobody leaving.”

Reeves pointed to festival crowds who had never heard ‘Dogstar’ before: “We loved playing to people who didn’t come to see Dogstar but connected with what we were doing.”

For Domrose, those moments proved the band’s music still had real impact: “You never know if people are going to show up… are they going to listen? It meant a lot that people not only stayed but got into songs they had mostly never heard before.”

That shared momentum carried directly into the studio sessions that produced “All In Now.” The band’s enthusiasm about the project was evident. Mailhouse summed up the album’s energy: “The album really sets up the energy at the heart of this album and the fun that we’ve always had playing together.”

Reeves echoed that sentiment even more directly: “We couldn’t fucking wait. Personally, I loved it all. For me, the attitude was like, ‘let’s work hard and let’s GO.'”

The album’s title track also serves as the lead single. According to Mailhouse, the song hits immediately: “‘All In Now’ just whacks you in the head, talk about a live song.” The title itself came from Reeves and reflects the band’s mindset entering this new chapter. “It just feels true to us. We’re leaning in, and we are going to keep going,” Mailhouse explained. Reeves added: “This is a good song to lean into… we really are all in now.”

At first, ‘Dogstar’ wasn’t sure Launay would even consider the project. “Our management put Nick’s name on a list of possible producers,” Domrose said. “And we all thought it was a typo, like this guy will never work with us,” Mailhouse joked.

For Launay, however, the appeal was immediate. He described the sessions as a reminder of why bands form in the first place: “Working with Bret, Robert and Keanu was extremely fun because it brought things back to why people form bands and make music. These three friends wrote some killer songs and wanted to push some boundaries in the studio. I love how Bret’s voice and melodies soar above the solid grooves on this album. This friendly trio is sounding huge and will turn some heads this time around.”

To support the album, ‘Dogstar’ will launch a 25-date North American tour beginning May 28, with the first two shows coming in May at Yaamava Resort & Casino in Highland, California, and Graton Casino in Rohnert Park, California. The remainder of the tour will pick back up in August with stops in major cities such as Austin, Nashville, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, New York, Detroit, and Denver.

A ticket presale for the All In Now: North American Tour begins at 10 a.m. local time on March 10. Fans can register for the presale via dogstarofficial.com. Tickets and VIP packages for most dates will go on sale March 13 at 10 a.m. local time, while the August 15 Mashantucket show will go on sale March 20.

‘Dogstar’ are also touring extensively in 2026 with a European tour slotted between the two North American runs. The European leg includes festival appearances at Download Festival in Castle Donington, U.K., Pinkpop Festival in Landgraaf, Netherlands, Tons of Rock Festival in Oslo, Norway, Tinderbox Festival in Odense, Denmark, Rock Werchter in Belgium, Mad Cool Festival in Madrid, Spain, and Nos Alive Festival in Lisbon, Portugal, along with headline shows in Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Hamburg, Berlin, Stockholm, Prague, Cologne, Barcelona, Rome, Milan, Vienna, and Budapest.

“All In Now” tracklist:

  • 01. Math
  • 02. This Sphere
  • 03. All In Now
  • 04. Exalted
  • 05. Siren
  • 06. Punch The Sky
  • 07. Joy
  • 08. What Is
  • 09. The Whisper
  • 10. Shards Of Rain
  • 11. Shallow Easy

‘Dogstar’ is known for their melodic post-grunge sound and straightforward rock approach. The band has built a reputation as a genuine working band rather than a celebrity side project, with Reeves maintaining the group alongside his film career.
